On 19 April 2026, the ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ successfully conducted its 5th and 6th Training Day for Advance Cadet Officers and Basic Cadets under the leadership of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐
) ๐๐, Commandant, with ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ (๐๐๐
) ๐๐, Assistant Commandant, and the administrative support from ๐๐ซ๐จ๐. ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐. ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฅ๐, NSTP-ROTC Coordinator.
At 0600H, all cadets and cadettes were directed to proceed to the gymnasium and their respective room assignments. The movement was efficiently facilitated by the Advance Cadet Officers in coordination with the Military Police Company, ensuring order and discipline from the outset.
The 3rd Battalion, under the command of ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, and the 4th Battalion, led by ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ร๐๐ ๐๐๐, were both designated at the gymnasium.
At 0640H, the 5th Training Day formally commenced with the Entrance of Colors, led by ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, Color Commander. This was followed by the solemn singing of the National Anthem, an invocation delivered by ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, and the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas led by ๐/๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐, immediately followed by the singing of the PCCR Hymn.
By 0700H, all battalions commenced their ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐, initiating the training day with the Army Dozen Exercises as part of the morning physical conditioning routine. The physical activity concluded at 0730H, after which cadets were granted a 10-minute rest period to attend to personal necessities. At exactly 0740H, formations were re-established, rank inspection was conducted with emphasis on proper bearing, and time-in attendance was facilitated.
At 0742H, ๐๐ฏ๐ญ ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐จ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) began his lecture on ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฝ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ at the gymnasium. Simultaneously, ๐๐ฏ๐ญ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฒ๐ง ๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฌ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) conducted the same lecture at the Medics Company. The session covered Standard First Aid, Poisoning, Heat Stroke and Other Heat-Related Illnesses, Head and Neck Injuries, Fever, Animal Bites and Stings, and Allergic Reactions. This comprehensive discussion equipped cadets with essential knowledge and critical response skills necessary in life-threatening situations. The lecture concluded at approximately 0936H.
At 0940H, ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ ๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ข๐ญ (๐๐ง๐) ๐๐ took charge in instructing the 3rd and 4th Battalions on ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ญ. Concurrently, ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ซ ๐๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) and ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ง๐ข๐๐จ ๐ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) facilitated instruction for the 2nd Battalion, while ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐ง๐จ๐ฅ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) handled the Charlie Company of the 1st Battalion. Meanwhile, Alpha and Bravo Companies participated via Google Meet, ensuring continuity of instruction across all units.
At around 1050H, the lecture on Signal Communication 1 concluded. With the remaining time allotted for the 5th Training Day, cadets were directed to execute basic drill movements and exercises to reinforce discipline and coordination.
At 1142H, ๐๐ซ. ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ง๐จ, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice; ๐๐ซ. ๐๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐จ ๐. ๐๐จ๐๐จ๐ญ, Program Chair of Industrial Security Management; together with ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ and ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฅ๐, conducted a routine inspection of the gymnasium and designated classrooms, ensuring standards of training and administration were properly observed.
At 1200H, the 5th Training Day formally concluded as cadets proceeded to their scheduled lunch break.
At 1300H, cadets reassembled at the gymnasium, and time-in attendance for the 6th Training Day (MS-2) was facilitated by the S1 Battalion Staff.
At 1310H, a ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฑ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป (๐ ๐ข๐) briefing for 1st Class Cadet Officers commenced under the supervision of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, focusing on effective instructional delivery and leadership in training environments.

At 1330H, ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐ฅ๐๐ฒ๐จ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) delivered a lecture on ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ at the JFAB Gymnasium. Concurrently, ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ณ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฌ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) conducted instruction for the Military Police Company. The lecture emphasized proper handling, strict adherence to safety protocols, and correct firing techniques of the M16 rifle, enabling cadets to develop accuracy, precision, and confidence in target engagementโan essential competency in military operations. The session concluded at exactly 1356H.
At 1420H, the afternoon lecture resumed with ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ถ๐พ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ, facilitated by ๐๐ ๐ญ ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ญ๐ก ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ (๐๐๐ฌ) and ๐๐ฉ๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐๐ค๐๐ง๐ฌ๐จ๐ง ๐ ๐

The discussion highlighted key concepts in Tropical Survival, including weather conditions, jungle types, movement in jungle terrain, water procurement, food sourcing, and identification of poisonous plants. The session aimed to enhance the cadetsโ ability to adapt, survive, and operate effectively in challenging environments. The lecture concluded at 1511H.
Thereafter, cadets engaged in practical applications, particularly basic military drills and ceremonies, to reinforce learned concepts through ex*****on.
By 1540H, cadets proceeded with a review of key personnel. At 1557H, ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ข๐จ๐ฅ๐ conducted an interactive assessment, evaluating cadetsโ familiarity with key officials and organizational structure. Immediately thereafter, time-out attendance was completed at 1622H, facilitated by the platoon leaders.
At 1700H, all basic cadets were formally dismissed, marking the successful, structured, and disciplined conclusion of the 5th and 6th Training Days for Military Science 2.
