He was a participant in the first OPUSFEST International Piano Festival in the Philippines (2006) and was privileged to receive master classes from international pianists namely Solomon Mikowsky, Yuan Sheng, Gila Goldstein, Wolfram Schmitt- Leonardy, Young Ho Kim and Milton Laufer. In 2007, he won 2nd prize in the UP College of Music Piano Competition. His former teachers include Fr. Manuel Maramba OSB, Jovianney Cruz and Geraldine Gonzales. He graduated from the University of the Philippines - Diliman College of Music in 2011 with a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance under the tutelage of Luci Abakan Magalit. From 2012 to 2015, he was a member of the a capella group Coro Cantabile, during which he was able to perform in different countries such as Australia, Germany, Spain, and Malaysia. He is currently the Managing Director of the Applied Music Program at CCF Life Academy and also served as the pianist/accompanist of the Fairview Park UMC Chancel Choir.
