Arellano University School of Hospitality and Tourism Management - Manila (AU SHTM) earns impressive achievement from taking part in the 18th Philippine Food Expo at the World Trade Center!

We are immensely proud to announce our achievements at this year’s Philippine Food Expo:🥈 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞: 𝐊𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲🔥 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭: 𝐏𝐅𝐄 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞

Representing AU among 43 schools and universities from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, with passion and skill, our students showcased their culinary talents in Davao-inspired flavors, proving they are ready for the global stage. 🧑‍🍳👩‍🍳This year’s Expo, with its "Feast of Philippine Flavors to the World" theme, perfectly highlighted the importance of Locavore Value, and Food Technology in bringing Filipino cuisine to the forefront. We are proud to be part of the Philippine Food Expo 2026 in strengthening the export industry and building future culinary leaders!

Naalala mo ba yung mga panahong tahimik ka lang sa gilid—pinipigilan ang sarili mong humiling, kasi alam mong mas kailangan ni mama ang bawat piso? Yung mga araw na mas pinili mong intindihin ang sitwasyon kaysa magreklamo, kahit bata ka pa lang at gusto mo ring maranasan ang magkaroon. Yung mga gabing naririnig mo siyang napapagod, pero gigising pa rin kinabukasan para ipagpatuloy ang laban.

Hindi pa sa ngayon, pero darating din ang panahon na ako naman ang mag-aabot, na ako naman ang sasalo ng pagod.
