“Grow through what you go through.” ✨
Life isn’t always rainbows and butterflies. Sometimes life doesn’t make sense, but we believe that everything that’s hurting you is also healing you. Only you can make the decision to begin to heal from your past experiences. While others will and should help, support, guide, and encourage you, you alone take the steps and actions toward recovery.
Your pain and experiences will help you grow as a better person. It will not get smaller as time goes by, but you are growing and becoming stronger to handle your bigger problems. You grow with your pain to get through with greater difficulties in the future. 🤍

'Exercise not only changes your body, it changes your mind, your attitude, and your mood.'
Because of this pandemic, most of us were forced to be stuck at home 24/7, which isn’t really an ideal setup for everyone. Staying at home for months can be quite damaging to both your physical and mental health -- which is why we came up with these recommendations as a way of coping in this time of pandemic. We hope that this encourages you to prioritize your mental and physical self. May this serve as an inspiration for you to start or continue your journey.
We hope that this works out for you 😉
Keep on going, tiger! 🐯

While dealing with mental illness, it can feel like you are alone — but while each other person’s story is unique, you are far from alone in your struggles. Even in times of uncertainty, this is us reminding everyone that you are not alone. Together, let us fight stigma, inspire others and educate the broader public.
