-Pls. Bring your I.D. kahit hndi suot that night basta dala nyo po, and outsiders are not allowed for safety purposes :)
-also Awards will also be given, and there will be Mr. and Ms. of the night :) medjo prom ang peg haha so, pag handaan nyo na guys hehe :)

GENERAL ASSEMBLY ANNOUCEMENT

Calling all 2013 Work and Travel Program applicants! You are all REQUIRED to attend the General Assembly Program on these date:
DATE: October 14, 2012
TIME: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
VENUE: Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Forum 1 & 2, CCP Complex, Pasay City
ATTIRE: Casual

GENERAL RULES DURING THE EVENT:
1. Upon arrival, please proceed to the assembly area at FORUM 1 for registration. Registration starts at 11:00 AM. Event will be held at FORUM 2.
2. ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN PER STUDENT POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED. Entry passes will be issued upon registration. This must be presented at all times when entering and exiting the event venue.
3. You must bring the following with you during the event:
a. Pen and notepad to take down notes
b. Your application kit for reviewc. Copy of deposit slips of PHP 5750 and / or $500 for payment verification
4. FOOD/DRINKS are NOT ALLOWED at the venue. We suggest that you take your lunch before the event or you can eat outside of the venue if you have food with you.
5. Bringing children below 7 years of age are not allowed in the venue.
6. Ample parking space provided inside the PICC grounds and within the complex. The organizer and the venue will not be held responsible for any lost belongings during the said event.
7. NO DOCUMENTS OR PAYMENTS WILL BE RECEIVED DURING THE EVENT
