Last April 29, a fire swept through Purok 2 in Sucat, Muntinlupa, leaving more than 270 families without homes. One of the affected is a dedicated CpET student a member of our academic community.

For a student, a disaster like this doesn't just claim a home it claims the tools and symbols of their academic journey. The 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐈𝐂𝐩𝐄𝐓.𝐒𝐀) is reaching out to the community to help our peer rebuild and continue their studies despite this tragedy.

Celebrate the spirit of innovation!

On March 21, 2026, some CpET students attended the most awaited Arduino Day, which was finally held at Asia Pacific College. This event aimed to inspire future innovators to push their limits, bridging the gap between imagination and functional technology.

The event included Arduinnovation, an Ideathon where participants showcased their innovation, teamwork, and creativity. Next was the Hackathon pitch, where teams collaborated, coded, and created solutions that push the boundaries of technology. Last was the Techbooth showcase; it included interactive demos, hands-on builds, and creative tech solutions for all.

This event has become a big help for our students to witness groundbreaking innovation and inspire them that in technology, every innovation is possible. With creativity and hard work, they can build their own inventions to solve real problems.
