The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Nursing Student Council (PLM CNSC) has formally adopted Resolution No. 03 s. 2026, recognizing and confirming the official composition of the Council for Academic Year 2026–2027.

This Resolution serves as the official institutional record of the duly elected, appointed, and acting officers entrusted with the governance, representation, administration, programs, resources, and responsibilities of the PLM College of Nursing Student Council.

In accordance with the PLM CNSC Constitution and By-Laws, applicable University policies, and established student governance processes, the Council formally recognizes the following officers who shall comprise the official PLM CNSC for Academic Year 2026–2027:

The Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Nursing Student Council (PLM CNSC) has formally adopted Resolution No. 02 s. 2026, reaffirming the continuing responsibilities of former Council officers of Academic Year 2025–2026 concerning turnover, financial accountability, audit compliance, administrative obligations, and institutional cooperation.

Recognizing that student leadership carries with it a continuing duty of accountability, the Council emphasizes that the completion of an official term does not automatically extinguish responsibilities involving official records, financial transactions, projects, commitments, documents, and unresolved matters undertaken during one’s administration.

This Resolution establishes a framework to ensure the proper completion of turnover processes, the submission and reconciliation of necessary records, and the appropriate resolution of outstanding audit findings and recommendations in coordination with the concerned offices and authorities.

The PLM CNSC recognizes the importance of institutional continuity while maintaining that accountability remains with the officers who exercised authority, custody, approval, supervision, or participation over the matters arising from their term. At the same time, the current administration shall continue to facilitate proper documentation, coordination, and referral to the appropriate offices to ensure that unresolved matters are addressed accordingly.

Through this Resolution, the Council reaffirms its commitment to uphold the principles of transparency, accountability, responsible stewardship, and ethical student governance. The protection of student trust, organizational integrity, and the continuity of Council operations remain among the foremost responsibilities of every administration.

In its commitment to uphold accountable, transparent, and effective student governance, the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Nursing Student Council (PLM CNSC) has formally adopted Resolution No. 01 s. 2026, appointing 𝐄𝐝𝐰𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐂. 𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐬 as the 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 of the PLM College of Nursing Student Council for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The appointment was conducted through a comprehensive and merit-based process following the vacancy in the Office of the Vice President. The Council opened a Call for Applications, conducted document evaluation, facilitated a formal interview, and deliberated among the elected officers to determine the most qualified candidate who demonstrated leadership competence, institutional knowledge, commitment to student service, and readiness to assume the responsibilities of the position.

Following the completion of the required processes, including coordination with the PLM Student Commission on Elections (SCOMELEC), review by the College of Nursing Administration, evaluation by the Office of Student Development and Services (OSDS), and approval by the Office of the Vice President for Research, Academic, and Extension Services (VPRAES), the appointment of Mr. Espinas was duly approved and recognized as the Acting Vice President of the Council for A.Y. 2026–2027.

With his previous experience as the President of the PLM College of Nursing Student Council for Academic Year 2024–2025, Mr. Espinas brings institutional knowledge, leadership experience, and organizational familiarity that will contribute to the continuity, stability, and advancement of the Council’s programs, initiatives, and responsibilities.

As the Acting Vice President, Mr. Espinas shall assist in the overall administration and coordination of the Council, support the implementation of programs and policies, foster collaboration among officers and stakeholders, and continue to uphold the principles of integrity, transparency, accountability, professionalism, and servant leadership in service of the College of Nursing student body.

The PLM College of Nursing Student Council welcomes Mr. Espinas to his new role and looks forward to his meaningful contributions toward strengthening student representation and advancing the collective interests of the Nursing community.

Today, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, marked another meaningful day of the Related 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 (𝑹𝑳𝑬) 𝑶𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 for our student nurses.

Through the orientation sessions conducted by 𝗚𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 and 𝗢𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼, our future nurses gained a deeper understanding of hospital operations, clinical protocols, institutional policies, and the professional responsibilities expected of them throughout their clinical training.

Each orientation serves as a vital stepping stone in developing the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care. With every session, our student nurses become more prepared to meet the challenges of the clinical environment with confidence and professionalism.

As we conclude Day 3, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to 𝗚𝗮𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 and 𝗢𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼 for their invaluable support in shaping the next generation of dedicated and competent nurses.
