When we first stepped into Sintang Paaralan, all we carried were our hopes, to pass every semester, to survive every exam, and perhaps, just a 'what if dream', to one day wear the badge of a Latin Honor.

Today, that dream is no longer a whisper. As we heard our names on the stage together with the latin honor we have just acquired, that silent echoes of our dreams filled the whole gymnasium.

So as we end this very special day, we proudly present the BAISKolars of Batch 2025, the torchbearers of perseverance who threaded through every needle’s eye, braved every challenge, and now emerge with the laurels of Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude.

To our Latin Honors, may you carry not just the prestige of Polytechnic University of the Philippines, but also the responsibility of using your knowledge in International Studies to serve the people, uplift communities, and shape a world rooted in justice, peace, and solidarity.

Tomorrow does not only close the chapter of our college life — it also opens a brand new era waiting to be explored. Before we begin our commencement exercises, we proudly present to you the graduates of Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, Batch 2025! 🌍

On this day in 1986, millions of Filipinos stood together in unity, proving that change is possible through a peaceful revolution. The EDSA People Power Revolution was never about colors—it was about the collective power of the people to reclaim democracy. It will continue to be a symbol of resistance; to oppression and to the oblivion of the Filipino people who fought to end the Marcos regime.

As we commemorate its 39th anniversary, let us remember that the spirit of People Power is not a mere history—it is a continuing commitment to freedom, justice, and democracy. The PUP-ISSA stands in solidarity in honoring this historic movement, reaffirming our role in upholding truth, justice, and human rights.

Senior year has been nothing short of a battlefield, one where the weapons were textbooks, handbooks, and endless readings. This semester pushed each of us beyond our limits, with sleepless nights becoming a weekly routine. Yet, we powered through, conquering every chapter of the Coford Handbook and tackling the mountains of readings that never seemed to end.

To all the warriors of BAIS 4-1, your dedication and resilience have not gone unnoticed. Every page turned, every word absorbed, every challenge faced—this journey has been worth it. You’ve earned every moment of recognition and success. The finish line is in sight, and we did it together. CONGRATULATIONS, PL/DLs!
