Ang prostatis ay isang pamamaga ng prostata na karaniwang dulot ng impeksyon o pamamaga. Karaniwan itong nararamdaman ng mga kalalakihan at maaaring magdulot ng pagkapagod, pananakit ng tiyan, at pamamaga ng balakang at tuhod.
Mayroong ilang mga paraan ng paggamot sa prostatis na maaaring isagawa:
1. Antibiotics: Ang mga antibiotic ay karaniwang ginagamit upang labanan ang impeksyon na sanhi ng prostatis. Ito ay maaaring inireseta ng doktor at dapat na sundan ang tamang dosis at oras ng pag-inom.
2. Pain relievers: Maaaring gamitin ang mga gamot na pampawala ng sakit upang mabawasan ang pamamaga at sakit na dulot ng prostatis. Ngunit dapat mag-ingat at sundin ang tamang dosis at tagal ng paggamit.

Impeksyon sa Ihi, Kidney at Prostate

Ang urinary tract infection (UTI) ay impeksyon sa kidneys, ureters, pantog (bladder) o urethra. Ang gamutan ay antibiotics at baguhin ang lifestyle o kinagawian.
Gumamit ng mild soap o hindi matapang na sabon panlinis ng pwerta. Sa mga babae ay ang tamang pagpunas sa pag-ihi ay simula sa harap muna papuntang puwitan. Mali kung simula sa puwitan papuntang harapan.
Uminom ng maraming fluids para ma-flush out ang mga bacteria.
Magsuot ng mas maluwag na pantalon at cotton na underwear para mas mahangin. Habang naka-antibiotics ay mainam kumain ng yogurt.
Ang pyelonephritis naman ay impeksyon sa kidney mula sa bacteria. Ang pasyente ay nilalagnat, masakit ang balakang, madalas umihi, o merong dugo sa ihi.
Pag may bato sa bato (kidney stones), magbawas sa matinding ehersisyo tulad ng mahabang pagtakbo at hazing.
Sa urine test o urinalysis, sinasahod ang midtsream o gitnang labas ng ihi na may dami na mga 10 ml at ibibigay sa laboratoryo.
Problema sa Pag-Ihi:
Kapag nahihirapan umihi, maaaring may kaba o depende sa lokasyon kung saan umiihi. Sa lalaki, puwedeng lumaki ang prostate gland at naiipit ang tubo sa pag-ihi, o may kanser sa prostate o prostatitis. Pwede din may problema sa urethra dahil may impeksiyon, sugat o dumaan na bato.
Kapag madalas umiihi (polyuria) ay maaaring dahil uminom ng kape, tsaa, alak, buntis, natatakot, o may impeksyon sa pantog.
Ang may diabetes ay madalas maihi, may rashes at yeast infection, at minsan ay may bladder prolapse o buwa (pelvic organ prolapse). Kung umiinom ng gamot na pampaihi ay madalas din mapapaihi.
May pagkakataon ng konti ang ihi (oliguria) pag may glomerulonephritis, kidney failure o dehydration kung nagtatae.
Dagdag Kaalaman:
Ang glomerulonephritis ay pagkasira ng pansala (Glomeruli) ng kidneys. Maaring bigla o acute glomerulonephritis, o matagal na o chronic glomerulonephritis.
Ang prostatitis ay impeksyon sa prostate.

ALAGAAN ANG PROSTATE
ANG prostate ay organ na kasinglaki ng castañas. Nakabalot ito sa labasan ng ihi ng lalaki (urethra).
Karamihan ng lalaking edad 45 pataas ay nagkakaroon ng bahagyang paglaki ng prostate. Ito’y dala ng pagbabago sa hormones ng lalaki kapag umeedad.
Ang sintomas ng lumalaking prostate ay ang madalas na pag-ihi, at pakonti-konti ang labas. Humihina rin ang daloy ng ihi at parang hindi kumpleto ang iyong pag-ihi. Sa mga may edad, madalas silang gumising sa gabi para umihi.
Ito ang mga paraan para alagaan ang prostate:
1. Huwag pigilin ang ihi. Mahihirapan ang iyong pantog at bato.
2. Uminom ng 8 basong tubig sa isang araw para manatiling malinaw ang iyong ihi.
3. Ugaliing kumain ng kamatis, ketchup, tomato sauce at spaghetti sauce. Mataas ito sa lycopene. Kailangan kumain ng 10 kutsarang spaghetti sauce bawat linggo.
4. Uminom ng green tea (decaffeinated) sa halip na kape. Panlaban sa kanser ang green tea at nagtatanggal ng toxin sa katawan.
5. Kumain ng pagkaing mataas sa fiber tulad ng gulay at prutas.
6. Kumain ng isda kaysa karne.
7. Umiwas sa matataba at matatamis. Iwas sa soft drinks, iced tea at cakes.
8. Umiwas sa alak at kape. Nakakairita ito ng prostate.
Natural na lunas sa prostate:
1. Saw Palmetto – Ayon sa Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), ang pag-inom ng saw palmetto ay nakababawas sa sintomas ng lumalaking prostate. Ang saw palmetto ay napatunayang kasing-epektibo ng gamot na finasteride (brand name Proscar) na nirereseta ng doktor.
2. May tulong din ang mga natural remedies tulad ng Pygeum, Nettle root at Pumpkin seed oil para sa prostate. Uminom din ng multivitamin na may zinc.
Medikal na gamutan sa prostate:
Kumunsulta muna sa isang Urologist bago uminom ng mga gamot na ito.
1. Terazosin (brand name Hytrin) – Mabilis ang epekto ng Hytrin na pagandahin ang daloy ng iyong ihi. Halos 1 o 2 araw lang ay may pagbabago na.
2. Finasteride (Proscar) o Dutasteride (Avodart) - Binibigay ito sa mga pasyenteng malaki na talaga ang prostate. Kailangan ito inumin ng ilang buwan bago mapaliit ang iyong prostate.
May kamahalan ang mga gamot sa prostate (halos P100 bawat tableta). Sana ay mapababa ang presyo ng gamot para mas marami ang matulungan nito.
Kapag hindi nakuha sa gamot ay may ginagawang laser treatment ang mga Urologist (iniinit ang prostate). Huwag matakot at kumunsulta sa iyong Urologist. Good luck po!

How to survive a heart attack if you are alone.
It often happens that people have a heart attack when they are completely alone and have no one to help them. If you suddenly feel that your heart has begun to beat “wrongly” and you are close to fainting, you only have about 10 seconds before you lose consciousness.

DON'T SIT FOR TOO LONG
According to the World Health Organization, sitting for a long time is bad for your health. If you often sit for 2 hours or longer it is possible that there are complications.
According to the study, it can cause diabetes, obesity, foot numbness and blood clotting in the leg. If you sit down all the time, you gain weight from lack of exercise. It can also lead to diabetes.
The most serious complication of sitting for long periods of time is blood buildup in the leg. When this happens, our blood can transfer to the lungs and the patient will have difficulty breathing. The doctor calls it pulmonary embolism and it's deadly.
Fat Wallet Syndrome:
Another danger of sitting for too long is getting a pinched nerve in our butt. The foot can become numb if it runs through the veins for a long time. There is also something called “fat wallet syndrome” in which when a fat wallet is seated, the foot can go numb. This happens often to men, especially to drivers and executives who are always seated.
What is the solution?
1. Every 30 minutes sitting, stand for 2 minutes to stretch. If you sit for 1 hour, walk for 5 minutes.
2. Get moving even when sitting down. Stretch your arms while sitting. Move those feet. Step it up step by step. This will help with circulation and blood flow.
3. Don't do all the exercise at night, but you sit all day. Cut your workout in. Get a little exercise in the morning and at night.
4. Put the wallet in front of the pants Don't make your wallet thick and reduce it's contents.
5. If you regularly use computers, take breaks and walks every 30 minutes so your eyes can rest too. Staring at a computer screen for a long time can cause your eyes and head pain. Close your eyes for 3 minutes to rest.
Remember: Exercise and exercise for a longer life.

POSSIBLE REASONS FOR Dizziness
