GENERAL RULE on Friday for the distribution of docs to our students, card and graduation pic releases.

1. In compliance with the social distancing requirements and to prevent mass gathering, there should time schedule per grade level.

Grades 1-2 9:00-10:00am
Grades 3-4 10:00 - 11am
Grades 5-6 11:00-12:00nn
Grades 7-8 1:00-2:00pm
Grades 9-10 2:00- 3:00pm

3:00-4:00pm sa mga hindi nakarating sa nakalaan na oras.

2. No child below 18 is allowed.

3. Only one (1) parent/guardian allowed entry to school premises to pick up the form.

4. No face mask, no entry

5. Health declaration form that each parent should accomplish and submit upon entry to the school premises. This form should be submitted by the faculty and staff exact time they are required to be in school premises. Kindly collate and file the forms.

6. The flow of people coming in and out of school should only be one way.
Use one stairs going up and the stairs going down. Since we only have one gate, Imput barriers to prevent people from bumping into each other. The stairs on the right of the gate can be used going up and the stairs near the canteen going down.
Keep right so people going down should immediately proceed out of the school.

7. Use only 2 or max 3 rooms at the 2nd floor to distribute the cards.
No more than 4 people in a room at any given time.

Set up chairs in the rooms with 2 meters distance from each other.

8. Teachers should wear face mask and face shield at all times.

9. Upon entry at the school gate, temperature should be taken and hands disinfected with alcohol.

10. Each room where cards will be distributed should be provided with alcohols.

11. No one is allowed to loiter or wait or gather within the premises of the school or church.

12. For those with accounts that has to be settled, this can only be done through the cashier window. Please make sure it is free from obstruction and the cashier properly wearing face mask and face shield. Again, alcohol should be available in the cashier window.

13. Outside of the school, there should be no people queing.

Parents/guardians will not spend more than 15 mins inside the school premises. Teachers acting as ushers or marshalls should be able to control the comings and goings of parents/guardians.

ONE TIME Distribution of cards, Graduation/ Class pictures and Good Moral Character this coming Friday , June 26,2020 at 1pm.
Please settle your CLEARANCE from Mam Leizel prior to getting your documents.

Note: We will only entertain you in this given schedule so please come on time . Next schedule will be on August.
