Roland John R. Visco of Tagaytay City carries a story that proves perseverance can endure years of failure and still lead to fulfillment.

Visco faced the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) seventeen (17) times before finally achieving the license he had been chasing for nearly a decade.

With the introduction of the Physical Education major in the LET, he finally found alignment between the exam and his area of expertise.
