It is the very first campus journalism contest organized by the Rotaract Club of RCDM Scholars sponsored by the Rotary club of Downtown Manila that is open to ALL high school students both in public and private schools. who are willing to join the Journalism contest. This year is the launching of this event that highlights the concept and essence of National Consciousness. This year’s theme is : Pambansang Halalan: Pagsipat, Paglinang sa Papel ng Midya at Pamamahayag sa Pambansang Kamulatan”

ADVISORY: RACJOURN 2020 POSTPONEMENT

Following the DepEd Memorandum No. 15, s. 2020, which provides safety mesasures for the prevention and control of the 2019-nCoV, organizers of RACJOURN 2020 are postponing the journalism contest happening on February 29 at Eugenio Lopez Jr. Center for Media Arts Senior High School.

The Rotaract Club of RCDM Scholars in partnership with Eugenio Lopez Jr. Center for Media Arts Senior High School (ELJSHS) Student Council brings you RACJOURN 2020: the fourth Journalism contest for high school students in the Philippines.

You can participate in seven categories (News Writing/Pagsulat ng Balita, Editorial Writing/Pagsulat ng Pangulong Tudling, Editorial Cartooning/Kartuning, Feature Writing/Pagsulat ng Lathalain, Sports Writing/Pagsulat ng Balitang Isports, Photojournalism/Pagkuha ng Larawan, and Best Newspaper Layout) with a pre-contest workshop to enhance your journalism skills.

Registration fee is only 300php (individual category) and 400php (group category-Best Newspaper Layout) inclusive of contest materials, lunch, certificates and freebies from our sponsors.
