1️⃣Set learning objectives - Make it clear for yourself and your students what the tangible outcomes they will achieve once they take your course.

2️⃣Focused information - Everything in your course curriculum needs to align with your learning objectives. Enough with the fluff that only makes your students overwhelmed.

3️⃣Assessment/s - Include ways for you and your students to evaluate how much progress they’ve had since they started the course. This will clarify whether they are getting closer to the outcomes you’ve set or not.

It's National Book Lovers Day! What's your favorite book?

Mine is clearly the Bible. The mantra of business is Jesus Is My CEO, because indeed, He is.

I used to depend on coaches and worldly strategies and tactics before. I used to think I'd want to be a "self-made millionaire" someday.

But it was only when I fully surrendered my business, dreams, and life to Jesus that I found peace. Along with the internal transformations He has made in my heart, mind, and soul, I also saw how He's brought opportunity after opportunity, provision after provision, and grace upon grace in my business and life.

I realized I'm never turning back. I'd rather be God-made than self-made. I'd rather show up in this business as His steward and Him as my CEO. I'd rather give all the credit for every success and growth to Him. After all, this life is His, and I'm only living on borrowed time.

P.S. Recently, I've also been reading lots of faith-based personal development books!
