As we conclude the 2025 𝓦𝓸𝓻𝓵𝓭 𝓜𝓮𝓷𝓽𝓪𝓵 𝓗𝓮𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓱 𝓐𝔀𝓪𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼 𝓜𝓸𝓷𝓽𝓱 with the theme “𝕋𝕌ℝℕ 𝔸𝕎𝔸ℝ𝔼ℕ𝔼𝕊𝕊 𝕀ℕ𝕋𝕆 𝔸ℂ𝕋𝕀𝕆ℕ,” the Ugnayang Samahan sa Dalub-isipan (USaD) would like to express its appreciation to all the individuals and organizations that have been diligently working to mainstream the significance of mental health in all aspects of life and society as a whole.

The PUP Graduate School, particularly its Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (DPP) program, intends to celebrate October 2025 as a significant milestone year. The program has successfully produced a total of 𝟐𝟎 𝐏𝐡.𝐃. 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬, demonstrating their ability to overcome the academic challenges of the program. Furthermore, in the recently concluded Board Licensure Examination for Psychologists, PUP was recognized as one of the 𝕋𝕠𝕡 𝕋𝕙𝕣𝕖𝕖 schools, with over 30 examinees achieving a 90.91% passing rate, including seven DPP students.

The PUP Graduate School, in collaboration with its DPP alumni and students, has formed a committee dedicated to promoting mental health that aligns with its guiding principle, “𝓶𝓾𝓵𝓪 𝓼𝓪𝔂𝓸, 𝓹𝓪𝓻𝓪 𝓼𝓪 𝓫𝓪𝔂𝓪𝓷.”

PABATID: Ang pagdalo ng mga Registered Psychometrician (RPm) at Registered Psychologist (RPsy) sa Ika-48 Pambansang Kumperensiya sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino “Talaban at Hugpungan: Ang Gampanin ng SP sa Pagtugon sa Hating Kultural” ay may katumbas na 9 CPD units. Samantala, ang CPD units para sa Licensed Professional Teachers (LPT), Registered Guidance Counselors (RGC), at Registered Social Workers (RSW) ay in-process.

We are looking for Filipino youth (ages 18-25 y.o.) with experience in providing peer support for mental health or Filipino youth who self-identified having accessed or used peer-based mental health programs and services (e.g. students, community volunteers, etc.) to participate in a series of short online surveys to identify essential features of peer-based mental health services, programs and support.
