Another fruitful day has commenced for The 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐: 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲!

Day Two’s productive plenary session was hosted by Ms. Wong Lai Cheng, Dr. Seon-Gi Baek, and Dr. Mario Delos Reyes with the topics on Media and Information Literacy in the Southeast Asia and Global News Media in the Post-Truthful Society: A New Paradigm
and Vision of the Global News Media in the Chaotic Pandemic Situation.

Additionally, another set of higher-level researchers presented their studies in the parallel session with the corresponding fields — Communication and Education, Communication and Community Development, Theorizing Communication, Communication and Culture, and Communication, Politics and Governance.

It was indeed a fruitful second day of the event and there’s so much more waiting for the last day tomorrow, October 29 via Zoom Video Conferencing Platform and Facebook Livestream.

For today's keynote address, we have heard from Dr. Tom Sykes and Dr. Stephen Harper on their presentation titled "Conspiracy Theories Left, Right, and Center" which focused on discussing the facets of the said theories and how they are reflected on different government systems around the world.

We also had an abundant plenary session from Dr. Fernando E. Reyes, Prof. Eunkyoung Choi, Dr. Stephen Pryde-Jarman, and Dr. Jose Reuben Alagaran II who delved deeper into the topics concerning Online Photosharing, E-Sports Communication, Propaganda and Misinformation, and Attention Economy in the Post-Truth Era respectively.

Moreover, researchers from various higher education institutions around the world also took part in parallel sessions where they presented their studies in the fields of Gender and Development in Communication, Communication, Family, and Children, and Communication and Education.

We surely had a productive session today but keep seated because there is much more to look forward to on the 2nd Day of our conference tomorrow, October 28 via Zoom Video Conferencing Platform and Facebook Livestream.
