𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | Bachelor of Arts in Journalism 4-1N has successfully delved into the art of truth-seeking and storytelling in its student-led seminar, "Realms of Journalism: Navigating the Role of Journalist in Society," on June 10 at Victorino Mapa High School.

This is in line with the goal of equipping highschool students with journalistic skills and knowledge to navigate the current frequency of journalism in the contemporary world.

Let's revisit some of the highlights of the seminar!

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐨𝐰 | The second lecture begins as Lyene Marie Darang engages the audience about "fake news" as part of the discussion on minimizing harm through basic news writing.

The other half of the program features the last leg of the seminar followed by an immersive workshop.

𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐨𝐰 | Prof. Angelina Borican shares her insights on Artificial Intelligence efficiency during the seminar workshop's Question and Answer portion.

Borican highlighted the importance on embracing that tools, like technology, will consistently update.

The participants diligently raised questions on how to verify articles for student publication and during press conferences.
