INTERNATIONAL MOTHER EARTH DAY
โThe Earth does not belong to usโwe belong to the Earth.
This day calls us to pause and reflect on the home we often take for granted.
In every tree, every river, and every breath of air, there is a gentle reminder of how deeply we are connected to the Earth.
May we learn to care more, waste less, and protect what sustains usโso that future generations may also live, grow, and thrive in its embrace.

Patuloy tayong humakbang paabante!

ARAW NG KAGITINGAN
โIn the face of adversity, courage becomes our legacy.
On this Day of Valor, we remember the bravery of those who stood with strength in the midst of hardship.
Their sacrifice is a reminder that courage is not the absence of fear, but the will to stand firm despite it.
May we carry their legacy in our daily lives with always choosing integrity, resilience, and love for our country in the ways we can.

CAS Takes the International Research Stage
The College of Arts and Sciences proudly congratulates Dr. Lourdes P. Jusay from the Psychology Department for presenting her research at The 12th Asian Conference on Education and International Development (ACEID2026), organized by the International Academic Forum (IAFOR).
The conference was held on March 22โ27, 2026 at the Tokyo International Forum and Toshi Center Hotel, Tokyo, Japan, bringing together scholars and professionals from across the globe to share research and foster international collaboration.
Dr. Jusay presented their paper titled โMarital Obligations, Psychological Incapacity and Employee Performance: Basis for an Intervention Program,โ offering valuable insights on the intersection of personal, psychological, and professional factors, and proposing an evidence-based approach for intervention in the workplace.
This achievement highlights the Collegeโs strong commitment to research, global engagement, and academic excellence.
We celebrate this milestone and look forward to more impactful contributions from our CAS faculty.

โIn every moment, there was purpose. In every voice, there was power.
March was more than a celebrationโit was a statement.
A statement of strength, of courage, and of the unwavering power of women and the youth.
Through every discussion, every story, and every voice, we were reminded that change is not distantโit begins with us.
Hereโs a look back at the moments that inspired, empowered, and moved us forward.
May we carry with us the lessons, the courage, and the hope to continue what we have started.

โHe is not here; He has risen. Luke 24:6
From darkness, light breaks through.
From silence, hope rises again.
Easter Sunday reminds us that no ending is ever final, and that life can begin anew in ways we never imagined.
As we celebrate this day of renewal, may our hearts be filled with so much joy, humbly faith, and the courage to rise, again and again, no matter what we have been through.

โBe still, and know that I am God.โ โ Psalm 46:10 ๐ค
This day rests in silence, between sorrow and hope.
Black Saturday invites us to wait, to sit in the stillness, and to trust even when answers are not yet clear.
In this graceful space, may we find peace in surrender, strength in patience, and faith in the unseen with believing that even in the darkest moments, something greater is gently unfolding.

โ๏ธ โIt is finished. John 19:30
On this solemn day, we remember a love that gave everything, even unto suffering and death.
In the silence of the cross, we are reminded of the weight of sacrifice and the depth of grace that asks for nothing in return.
As we pause and reflect, may we learn to face our own struggles with strength, to forgive as we are forgiven, and to hold on to faith even in moments that feel heavy and uncertain.
