The 𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚 𝐑𝐡𝐨 proudly congratulates 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐝. Dr. Modesto “Audi” Buendia, DPA, 𝐀𝐊𝐏-𝐔𝐒𝐓 '𝟖𝟒 for being recognized as an Outstanding Public Servant during the 9th MCLE Grand National Convention of the Public Attorney’s Office at the World Trade Center, Pasay City.

𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐝. Audi is the current National Commander of the Reforestation & Biodiversity Climate Change Commission – Climate Change Task Force (CCTF), an initiative that works alongside the PAO in advancing environmental responsibility, community awareness, and sustainable programs that benefit the public, especially marginalized sectors. The residents of 𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚 𝐑𝐡𝐨 successfully conducted the Libreng Sakay – Navadap Toda initiative within and around the campus of the University of Santo Tomas, providing free, safe, and comfortable transportation to students, staff, and members of the surrounding community.

This project exemplifies the fraternity’s commitment to service, unity, and social responsibility while fostering cooperation with Navadap Toda and supporting local transport drivers. It highlights our shared goal of promoting accessible and community-centered assistance for all.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries who contributed to the success of this initiative.

The 𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐀𝐥𝐩𝐡𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐚 𝐑𝐡𝐨 respectfully invites the entire community to avail of "Libreng Sakay", Navadap Toda, a service-oriented project dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation within and around the UST vicinity.
