When troubles come our way, count the blessings. We have heard it several times. Just do it now!
But if the trouble is in a relationship, one of the best way to get over is GIVE A GIFT TO THE PERSON WHO HAS HURT YOU...a gift that will make him/her smile. You will feel good and it will ease your pain. Try it!

Thoughts, words and actions are energies that we either give or receive, release or catch. Whatever we give, we receive that is why it is important to watch our own thoughts, words and deeds. When we receive something unpleasant, it is our choice what to give back. We have 6 seconds to decide. Practice giving back what we just want to receive in order to shift our reality. This is challenging but AWARENESS is the beginning. Gradually, we can learn this new tendency until it becomes a habit.
For example: When a vehicle suddenly cut our way, intentionally or unintentionally: (BEFORE) I reacted like crazy with mixed anger and fear... but I ended up angry alone because the car has already run fast and I brought the story the whole day telling people my negative story. Ending: I attracted more negative situations that day because negative energy produces more negative events and circumstances.
And NOW, I learned to master just saying I BLESS YOU with a smile and tell God "Thank you Heavenly Father, we're ok." And I feel excited in my heart because I know that something good is about to unfold. The car that cut my way gave me the opportunity to say/feel that I am worthy to receive a blessing/s. TRY IT MY FRIENDS and YOU'LL SURELY BE HAPPY. Cool...

WELCOME TO MY WORLD
The space where you will feel lightness, deep peace,
much hope, confidence, friendship and clarity.
All of these do exist in my life because of my True Parent,
our God, whom I want to please with my service to others.

Yap! This is the beauty of life if we discover and learn how to deal with. PROBLEMS DON'T EXIST, ONLY SOLUTIONS. The way we look at things determine our happiness...and even health. Why? Because negative mindset results to negative thoughts, negative words and negative actions that can make us sick because of acidity and stress it can cause to our physical body. A big percentage of causes of diseases come from this syndrome...and we don't like that. We just want to be happy.

The art of living in peace and happiness despite tremendous challenges is important. We pass life but once so make your days worth living and enjoyable, and that is YOUR CHOICE!!!

Grow with me, explore with me, learn from me, laugh with me, then decide wisely. You are the captain of your ship, the master of your soul ... and I am the LIGHT to show you other OPTION.
