Submit the Google Drive folder link to the designated submission form. Utilize the PUP webmail to ensure the validity of the submission. Then, send an email to 𝑐𝑝𝑠𝑝𝑎.𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑛𝑑𝑒𝑥𝑡𝑒𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛.𝑝𝑢𝑝.𝑒𝑑𝑢.𝑝ℎ detailing your submission. The Google Drive folder shall contain your final manuscript (PDF & Word file), similarity index reports (≤15%), accomplished UREC requirements, copyright documents, and IMRAD/Journal publication format.

Prepare all required documents for Phase 2 (submission of hard copies), considering the feedback you received from your submission in Phase 1 (Submission of soft copies). Place RMIPO-related materials in a violet expandable envelope, and include three labeled flash drives with softcopy files.
