Thank God, It is Friday! Another Tamaraw BSA Alumnus to highlight this friday!

Known for his great character, remarkable humor, humility, and his excellence in teaching, leading a team, and writing books, Mr. Rey Ocampo, a CPA Review Director of one of the leading CPA Review Centers in the Philippines, Team PRTC, Sir Rey has been giving more to the Tamaraw Community through series of lectures, scholarship opportunities, and mentoring to some of our faculty members as well.

Indeed, FEU Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance is blessed with our alumni like Sir Rey Ocampo who serves as an inspiration to all of us to do well and be better in our undertakings. The Accountancy Department had an honor to interview him. Surely, we can find a stronger push by reading his words of wisdom.

❓As a CPA and Leader, What is your greatest contribution or accomplishment?

- Guided aspiring CPAs become CPAs.
- Helped schools in their Accountancy programs
- Authored books (Reviewer in Auditing Practice and Intermediate Accounting)

❓What are your tips to our BSA students and those who are pursuing to get their CPA license?

- The first step to become a CPA is to believe you can, then do the other steps.

❓What is your most memorable FEU moment when you were a student?

- Becoming a Metrobank Foundation scholar based on FEU's entrance exam

- Meeting my classmate that became my BFF and later my wife 😊
