Captured moments from the Culminating Concert of the 26th Kodály Summer Certification Course.
The Philippine Women’s University School of Music and the Kodály Society of the Philippines remain united in their mission to provide excellent training programs that empower music educators through continuous musicianship development and strengthened pedagogical content knowledge essential to their professional practice.
As the only professional school in the Philippines offering a Master of Arts in Music Education with Kodály Emphasis, the PWU School of Music continues to strengthen its commitment to excellence in music teacher education and transformative musical learning.
This year, through our the continued collaboration with the Kodály Society of the Philippines, we were honored to host internationally recognized music educators and scholars Dr. Arpad Tóth from Hungary and Mr. Andrew Pennay from Australia. Joining them was a distinguished pool of Philippine Kodály music education experts and practitioners, who generously shared their insights and expertise throughout this year’s certification course.
Congratulations to the board of the Kodály Society of the Philippines, mentors, sponsors, and participants for another meaningful celebration of music education, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
