The Student Discipline Section of OSDS conducted orientation to student councils and college grievance representatives on October 12, 2023 at the Gusaling Ejercito Estrada Audio Visual Room (GEE-AVR). This is to reinforce the guidelines and procedures in the conduct of investigating student complaints and violations. With the orientation are the members of Student Discipline Tribunal Committee, College Deans and the University Security Officers, College Student Councils and Supreme Student Councils.

Student Organizations and Faculty Advisers SY 2023-2024 Orientation

The SOA-OSDS conducted the yearly orientation to accredited student organizations. This is to re-iterate the guidelines and policies to be implemented on the conduct of activities. The 49 reaccredited student organizations and faculty advisers gathered together at the Justo Albert Auditorium on October 5, 2023. Among the different offices such as CUES, GSO, OPA, USO, VPA shared their policies on the conduct of activities. The program ended with the awarding of the Certificate of Acccreditation and Designation of its Faculty Advisers. Goodluck!!!

Thus, it encourages students to form student organizations, join student organizations and/ or participate in student organizations and any other student groups that will suit legitimate needs, aspirations and interests of students.

Any Student Organization that is not included in the list is NOT ACCREDITED and NOT RECOGNIZED by the university.

STUDENT COUNCILS’ ORIENTATION 2023| The OSDS conducted the Student Councils’ Orientation SY 2023-2024. This is to reinforce the policies and guidelines on the conduct of student activities.

The GBFI Scholarship Program is now accepting for scholarship opportunities for School Year 2023-2024 for the undergraduate and post graduate students/applicants.

Applicants must follow the given link as reflected in their posters. After downloading the documents, the applicants should submit hard copies of the documents to the Office of Student Development and Services/OSDS, for evaluation and endorsement to the provider for approval.
