The Official Date of the 2024 UM COLLEGE OF EDUCATION MOCK BOARD EXAMINATION is on March 22, 2023, Friday, 6:30AM, at The University of Manila Main Building.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please be informed that the Mock Board Exam is back to being scheduled once per year. There will no longer be another examination at the latter part of 2024 onwards.

The Registration Form shall be closed on MARCH 11, MONDAY, 11:59PM.

Please take note that the form may be closed earlier than the stated deadline above if the registration has reached the allowed maximum number of students per room.

You will be required to sign in to your Google Account. The form will only accept ONE RESPONSE to avoid name duplication in the master list. Kindly recheck your answers before submitting the form.

DO NOT FORGET TO CLICK SUBMIT. A response receipt shall be sent to your email as confirmation of your registration.

Please take note that not following instructions may result in the removal of your name in the registration form.

Important announcements are already included in the registration form; thus, any inquiries mentioned in the reminders portion of the form will not be entertained anymore.

Computer Science Musical show
March 2, 2024

The musical show contest was a huge success, and our students showcased their incredible talents in front of a supportive audience. After the event, we gathered for a delicious lunch, which provided us with a great opportunity to bond. This event was just one of the many ways our computer science department fosters creativity, collaboration, and a sense of belonging among our students. We look forward to many more events like this in the future!

The university of manila faculty and students attended the NIHONGO FIESTA 2024 at Red Carpet Shangri-La Plaza

This annual event showcases the Japanese language, arts, and culture held by The Japan Foundation, Manila.

The Japanese language speech contest was the highlight of the afternoon. Participants from various backgrounds showcased their language skills and cultural knowledge by delivering speeches on a wide range of topics.

A Ryukyubuyo Okinawan traditional dance performance was held after the speech contest at the grand atrium Shangrila. Dancers dressed in vibrant kimono gracefully moved across the stage, their movements synchronized with the melodic tunes of traditional Japanese music.

CWTS/NSTP of The University of Manila conducted an outreach program for the indigenous people of Sitio Katwiran in Barangay San Rafael, Rodriguez Rizal. Around 95 children received bath towel, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, body soap, shampoo, baby powder, polo t-shirt, shirts, joggers and slippers.

Aside from distributing the items, we also conducted a feeding program for the children.

We would like to thank our President Dr. Emily Dodson de Leon for her unwavering support, as well as all the professors, staff, and students who donated and participated in this event. Without their enthusiasm and help, this event would not have been a success. We also appreciate the support of the local organizations, the barangay kagawad, tanod and the community who welcomed us with open arms.
