Malacañang suspends classes in all levels and government work on Thursday, October 31, 2024 starting 12:00 PM to provide government employees and students an ample time and full opportunity to travel to and from different regions in the country and be with their families and loved ones to observe the traditional All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day in their respective homes.

However, agencies who provide basic services, disaster response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services. While, for private companies and offices, the suspension of work is left to the discretion of their respective heads.
