Graduands and Parents, please be guided!

For the Day 1 Morning Session of the PLM 58th Commencement Exercises, please make sure to be at the PICC by 5:00 AM.

⏰ 5:00 AM Call Time
Please come early. Latecomers will not be entertained once the assembly and security procedures are underway.

🔐 LOCKDOWN & TIGHTENED SECURITY MEASURES AT PICC
Please be advised that there will be a lockdown/security restriction in the PICC area during the commencement activities. Expect stricter security screening and controlled access upon entry.

All graduands and parents/guests, both male and female, will undergo frisking and security checks. Please cooperate fully with security personnel and bring only essential items to facilitate faster entry.

We know it’s an early call time, but your cooperation will help us keep the ceremony safe, organized, and on schedule. Please allow enough time for travel, parking, possible traffic delays, and security screening.

“Safeguarding Our Seas,” featuring distinguished experts and leaders in maritime security and the West Philippine Sea.

We are especially pleased to highlight the participation of Dr. Alessandra Fay V. Albarico, PLM Graduate School of Law faculty, who will be joining this important discourse.

🕛 Registration starts at 12:00 noon

The forum will feature Secretary Eduardo S.L. Oban Jr., Secretary Gilberto C. Teodoro Jr., RADM Roy Vincent T. Trinidad PN (Ret.), and RADM Jay Tristan Tarriela PCG.

The Philippine Navy will also support the event, with kinetic and static displays forming part of the program. MENSA Kids and Teens Philippines will likewise join the discourse.

Students are also invited to become Bantay Dagat Youth Ambassadors – WPS Edition and take part in initiatives promoting greater awareness and engagement on issues concerning our seas and the West Philippine Sea.

The PLM's Graduate School of Law offers the Master of Laws (LL.M) program to all graduates of Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor or members of the Philippine Bar of good standing.
