Racism has long been present — tracing its roots in our rich yet devastating history. However, much like the video, we remain determined and focused on our goal of getting the message across — RACISM IS REAL, RACISM IS NOT JUST A PHASE, AND RACISM IS NOT OKAY.

Synopsis:
Triggered by the ongoing and controversial showbiz interview she’s taking with, Julliane begins to have flashbacks about her traumatic past beginning from the discrimination she endured upon working as a call center agent up to the public shaming or bashing she received as a well-renowned actress. One question to another, she started to recount these periods of her life that are considerably the worst chapters of her life. After the interview, she received more backlash as she frankly disclosed her sentiments about these experiences.

Our bodies are ours, but is it something we pictured it to be? When we look at ourselves, do we like what we see? At this post-adolescent age, we probably have a skewed perspective because of the negativity or toxic positivity going around. But are we alone in this? No.

This video created by several students from De La Salle University presents the realities of body image. What they think about themselves.

Take some time to watch, maybe you'll feel some comfort in this, knowing that you're not alone in this battle (or struggle) of body image perceptions.
