YOU Matter ๐ซ
Last May 7, we were reminded that childrenโs mental health matters.
National Childrenโs Mental Health Awareness Day has been celebrated for 20 years to raise awareness on the struggles that the youth face. โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
Mental health affects everyone, including young people. A childโs mental and emotional state is crucial for development during its early years. This is where they start to experience struggles and challenges. ๐ง ๐ฃ๏ธ
Together, let us create a world where children feel safe and supported to talk about their mental health with no stigma and shame. ๐๐ซถ

Motherhood is a journey, beautiful and new, But itโs okay to ask for help when skies aren't blue. ๐ฉต
Today, we recognize *World Maternal Mental Health Day*, observed every first Wednesday of May to spread awareness, uplift mothers, and break the stigma surrounding maternal mental health challenges.
Did you know that up to *1 in 5 women* will experience a maternal mental health conditionโsuch as postpartum depression or anxietyโduring pregnancy or the first year after giving birth? ๐คฐ
Yet, the pressure to be a "perfect mother" often leads to silence instead of support. Letโs change that! Be someone who fosters compassion, listens without judgment, and reminds every mom that seeking help is a sign of immense strength.
If you are a mother who is struggling right now, please know this: You are not alone, you are not to blame, and with help, you will be well. ๐ธ
