📌PRC REQUIREMENTS:
✔️REMINDER: DOUBLE CHECK EVERY DETAILS OF YOUR DOCUMENTS
✅PSA Birth Certificate
✅PSA Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)
✅TOR (Transcript of Record) with scanned picture and Special Order Number (unless not required) and remarks “for Board Examination purposes” (First Timers and Retakers)
✅College Diploma with indication therein of Date of Graduation and Special Order Number (unless not required) in case of degree of equivalency. The College Diploma and the Certificate of Equivalency issued by the CHED.
✅CHED Certificate of Authentication and Verification (CAV)
(for First Timers)
✅Valid NBI Clearance (First Timers and Retakers)
✅Regional Trial Court (RTC) Clearance (First Timers and Retakers)
✅Two (2) Certificates of Good Moral Character with the corresponding dry seal of the college, and barangay where the applicant actually resides (First Timers and Retakers)

✅Payment: 900 pesos (Complete)
✅Passport Size Picture (with FULLNAME below)
📌STEPS HOW TO REGISTER PRC ACCOUNT for ONLINE FILING APPLICATION
1️⃣.) Mag-search sa Google
2️⃣.) I-type ang PRC LERIS: https://online.prc.gov.ph
3️⃣.) Hanapin ang register at i-click ang “I Agree” button
4️⃣.) Mag-fill out sa sumusunod na form at i-click ang “Register” button
5️⃣.) Pumunta sa inyong EMAIL para sa validation at confirmation at i-sign unang iyong PRC Account.
6️⃣.) Mag-fill out ng personal information sa inyong profile at mag-upload ng Formal Attire Picture with white Background base sa requirements.
7️⃣.) I-select ang transaction at examination tabs. I-select ang iyong napiling PRC office kung saan magpa-file.
8️⃣.) I-upload ang clear scanned copy documents na kailangan ng PRC at mag-proceed sa payment option.
