Being a kinder teacher is more than teaching letters and numbers, it’s about shaping little hearts and guiding curious minds. Araw-araw, iba-iba ang kwento. May iyak, may tawa, may yakap. Minsan nakakapagod, pero isang "Teacher, I did it!" lang, tanggal lahat ng pagod.

You become their second parent, their cheerleader, their safe space. You witness their firsts, the first time to write their name, the first time to count to ten, the first time to say “sorry” or “thank you.” And every small progress feels like a big win.

Nakakatuwa makita silang unti-unting natututo, not just academically, but emotionally and socially. Being a kinder teacher is truly a heart job, challenging, and messy, but always full of meaning and magic. 💛
