Electrical Engineering student research titled 'Design and Development of a Wave Energy Generator Using Linear Generator' by Evangelista, Obsid, Puducay, and Reyes won 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 in the Research Poster Competition of College of Engineering Research Congress 2024 last June 28, 2024.

Other EE student research posters showcased on the said research congress were 'Electrical Analysis of Coccinia grandis, Phyllantus reticulatus, and Premna odorata as Natural Dyes for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells' and 'Project EEhaw: Advances in Circuit Design for Charcoal-Powered Thermoelectric Generator Griller for Maximizing Energy Conversion'.

Let us also congratulate Ms. Laidee Zion Puducay for representing the EE Department in the oral presentation of their research about 'Design and Development of a Wave Energy Generator Using Linear Generator'.

The Electrical Engineering Department celebrated with the new Vincentian Registered Electrical Engineer board exam passers on a testimonial dinner last June 07, 2024, at the OZ AVR.

The evening was filled with inspiring and heartfelt speeches and a deep sense of pride in their hard work and dedication.

We are grateful to all the attendees of the testimonial dinner as well as the organizing team that made the event a success.
