| Flexi-Place Work Arrangement

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026, the University will implement a Flexi-Place Work Arrangement as part of the governmentโ€™s energy conservation efforts.

Starting March 9, 2026, offices will observe a four-day onsite workweek (Tuesdayโ€“Friday), with Monday designated as Work-From-Home (WFH). University services will remain fully operational online on Mondays, and clients are encouraged to utilize official email channels and the SINTA portal for transactions.

Classes will shift to online modality every Monday.

[ERRATUM: This is applicable for all campuses including the Open University System]

| Enrollment for all year levels for the Second Semester, Academic Year 2025โ€“2026 across all campuses has been extended until Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

However, the first day for Second Semester will still commence tomorrow, February 9, with an adjustment period until March 6. Students are advised to complete their enrollment within the extended period.
