📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT | ONLINE ORIENTATION FOR GRADUATION APPLICATION

Good day, GradHawks! 🎓

We are pleased to inform everyone that the Office of the University Registrar will be conducting an Online Orientation for the Graduation Application Process on April 6, 2026.

To ensure a smooth and organized flow, the orientation will be conducted in separate sessions (morning and afternoon) per college. Additionally, a separate online orientation for Latin Honors applicants will be held on April 8, 2026.

📌 Key Reminders:
• Attendance is highly encouraged for all graduating students
• Kindly check your respective college schedule
• Meeting links will be provided by your assigned evaluators
• A standard presentation and guidelines will be followed

𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 | 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗖𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗦 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 (𝗥𝗔𝗟) 𝗔𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗟 𝟭

In consideration of Holy Week travel plans, all classes at TUP Manila will shift to "Remote Asynchronous Learning (RAL)" on April 1, 2026. All faculty and students are directed to remain off-site during this period.

Faculty members are instructed to provide appropriate asynchronous learning materials and activities, and they are also required to submit an accomplishment report as proof of holding asynchronous classes.

Please be guided accordingly.

Please be informed that the 4-Day Compressed Work Week will be implemented starting March 9, 2026, as part of strict energy conservation measures in line with Memorandum Circular No. 114 s. 2026.

📅 Work Days: Monday – Thursday
🚫 No Office Work*: Friday

📚 Classes on Fridays will shift to Remote Synchronous Learning (RSL).

*Exceptions apply for personnel under Work-From-Home arrangements with scheduled weekday teaching loads.
