RE: DISTRIBUTION OF TOGA PICTURE BATCH 2023-2024 & UNCLAIMED PICS FROM BATCH 2022-2023

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. You may identify your Graduation Pictorial Day by the list of names attached.
(Suggestion: Please use Ctrl+F to scan the list easily).
2. Kindly present a valid ID for verification and a letter of authorization for proxies. Student/s or parents/guardians who are unable to claim their toga pictures at their allotted time may do so on August 30-31, 2024 between 9:00 pm - 4:00 pm after their schedule.
3. Graduates from Batch 2023 with unclaimed toga pictures may claim their toga pictures from August 27 - 29, 2024 between 9:00 am - 4:00 pm at the PCAAT Blue Room.
4. During the distribution, please remember to follow the instructions of our personnel with respect and in an orderly manner.

The availment of Graduation Souvenir Pictures has been extended until tomorrow, July 29, 2024, at ComLab1.
Please Note:
- The Formal Toga Picture is different from the Graduation Event Souvenir Picture.
- Formal Toga Pictures will be distributed in August. Please wait for further notice regarding this.
