Yesterday was a very important and meaningful day for the trainees of the Manila Manpower Development Center. It was the graduation of the October–November Batch held at Pedro Guevarra Elementary School.
Out of the 488 trainees who completed different courses, 15 Deaf Learners from MHS Senior High School also finished the Bread and Pastry Course under the guidance of Ms. Rosalie Tongol and Ms. Roschelle Groce as their SNED Teacher.
Outstanding Trainees from different courses were also recognized, and one of them was Jericko Compra from Grade 12 ICT1. The awardees were honored by our hardworking Mayor, Hon. Francisco “Isko” Domagoso.
This program of our LGU truly gives great opportunities to every Manileño, including young people who dream of a better life—just like our Deaf learners who proudly completed the bread and pastry course.
