November 17, 2025 marks the official first day of the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) implementation for students from three participating schools: Mangatarem National High School, Aguilar Integrated School, and Irene Rayos Ombac National High School.
This milestone begins the learners’ training under the Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II and Organic Agriculture Production NC II programs, aimed at enhancing their technical-vocational skills through industry-aligned instruction. Held here at St. Raymund de Peñafort Technical and Skills Training Institute Inc., the program is fully supported by the participating schools to ensure a meaningful, productive, and enriching learning experience for all JDVP beneficiaries.
