Let us all spread awareness about mental health. Depression is not a joke,it's a huge problem that not only this society, but this whole universe has to deal with on a day to day basis. Whether it’s friends, family, schoolmates, etc. Depression is such a lonely illness and hard to talk about. It's hard to express how you feel to a doctor, or family member/friends.
