OFFICE HOURS SUSPENSION ADVISORY

In view of the continuous heavy rainfall and in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Municipality of Mangaldan, office operations at Mangaldan Water District will be suspended starting at 12:00 NOON today, August 7, 2026.

Regular office operations will resume tomorrow, August 8, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NOON.

We encourage everyone to prioritize their safety and take the necessary precautions during this period of inclement weather.

The Mangaldan Water District would like to inform the public of the increasing incidents of loss and theft of water meters in various areas within our Municipality. Our office has received several reports regarding these incidents, which have caused inconvenience and additional expenses to affected consumers.

In this regard, we strongly remind everyone of the following:
- Immediately report to the Mangaldan Municipal Police Station or your Barangay Official, and inform the Mangaldan Water District, of any suspicious activity or incidents of theft.
- Cooperate with your community to help prevent and deter this type of crime.

Furthermore, please be advised that 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹. Under the Anti-Fencing Law (Presidential Decree No. 1612), any person found guilty of such acts shall be held liable under the law.

Penalties include:
• Imprisonment, depending on the value of the stolen property
• A fine equivalent to or greater than the value of the stolen item
• Other applicable penalties in accordance with existing laws

We encourage everyone to remain vigilant and responsible.

𝗪𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

The Mangaldan Water District advises its valued consumers that Pumping Station (PS) #15, located at Brgy. Guesang, has encountered a sudden pump breakdown. Our maintenance personnel are currently preparing for the immediate replacement of the damaged pump to restore normal water service as soon as possible.

Affected Areas:
• Brgy. Guesang
• Brgy. David
• Portions of Brgy. Landas
• Portions of Brgy. Amansabina

Consumers in the affected areas may experience low to no water pressure while the replacement activity is ongoing.

The repair and pump replacement are expected to be completed by 3:00 A.M. on July 1, 2026, subject to field conditions.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as our personnel work to restore your water service at the soonest possible time.
