The Mangaldan Water District would like to inform the public of the increasing incidents of loss and theft of water meters in various areas within our Municipality. Our office has received several reports regarding these incidents, which have caused inconvenience and additional expenses to affected consumers.

In this regard, we strongly remind everyone of the following:
- Immediately report to the Mangaldan Municipal Police Station or your Barangay Official, and inform the Mangaldan Water District, of any suspicious activity or incidents of theft.
- Cooperate with your community to help prevent and deter this type of crime.

Furthermore, please be advised that 𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹. Under the Anti-Fencing Law (Presidential Decree No. 1612), any person found guilty of such acts shall be held liable under the law.

Penalties include:
• Imprisonment, depending on the value of the stolen property
• A fine equivalent to or greater than the value of the stolen item
• Other applicable penalties in accordance with existing laws

Pansamantalang Walang Tubig

​Ipinapaalam sa lahat ng aming mga concessionaires sa Pasong, Bari na magkakaroon tayo ng pansamantalang pagkaantala ng serbisyo ng tubig para sa pagsasaayos ng discharge line sa Pumping Station No. 9 sa Bari. Kinakailangan naming pansamantalang patayin ang pumping station sa Bari at isara ang gate valve na makikita sa Pasong, Bari upang bigyang daan ang nasabing aktibidad.

​Detalye ng Aktibidad:
​Petsa: Bukas, March 24, 2026
​Oras: Magsisimula sa ganap na 10:00 PM
​Dahilan: Pagpapatay ng pumping station No. 9 sa Bari at pagsasara ng gate valve sa Pasong, Bari para sa pagsasaayos ng discharge line.

​Mahalagang Paalala:
* ​Mag-ipon ng Tubig: Pinapayuhan ang lahat ng apektadong residente na mag-ipon ng sapat na suplay ng tubig bago ang alas-10 ng gabi upang may magamit habang isinasagawa ang aktibidad.
* ​Mabilisang Aksyon: Gagawin ng pamunuan ang lahat ng makakaya upang mapabilis ang trabaho at maibalik agad ang normal na daloy ng tubig sa inyong mga tahanan.

𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬

In reference to the Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President directing all government agencies to adopt energy conservation measures, the Mangaldan Water District will implement an adjusted office schedule to help reduce electricity consumption.

Effective March 16, 2026, the Mangaldan Water District office will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 until further notice as part of our energy conservation efforts.

Regular office operations will continue from Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., with NO NOON BREAK, to ensure continuous service to our valued concessionaires.

For payment of water bills during weekends, concessionaires are encouraged to utilize our ECPay partner channels, such as GCash, Maya or other authorized ECPay payment partners.

These alternative payment options will allow concessionaires to conveniently settle their water bills and avoid arrears and possible disconnection of service without the need to visit the office.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we support the government’s initiative to conserve energy.
