Our student council election is right around the corner! This is your chance to step up and represent your fellow students, bring fresh ideas, and make a positive impact on our school community. You can 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐲 for any student council position or 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲. The forms are now available at the Dean’s office. Deadline for filing candidacy will be this coming March 25, 2025.

Heads up, Direwolves! Tomorrow is Election Day. Here are the official Election Guidelines for your reference. See you.

General Guideline:

1. All students enrolled for the 2nd Semester of SY 2023-2024 and whose names appear on the Official List of Voters are eligible to cast their votes.

2. UCSM Council of Medicine Elections will be conducted ONLINE on April 11-12, 2024. Only 1 ballot per student is allowed.

3. Candidates are required to garner votes of at least 50% + 1 of the actual number of voters in order to be elected.

4. A QR Code will be made available for each year level start. Scan the QR code to access your ballot.

5. Provide your complete name to validate your ballots.

6. If you choose not to vote for a particular position, you have the "abstain" option.
