Another great milestone for the grassroots program of the Samahang Kickboxing ng Pilipinas! 🇵🇭

The NSA has received words from the DepEd Palarong Pambansa Secretariat that Kickboxing (Point Fighting - Secondary Boys and Girls) will be featured at the upcoming 2026 Palarong Pambansa to be held in Agusan Del Sur on May 24 - 31, 2026 as a DEMONSTRATION SPORT. It means athletes from different regions have to compete for the Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals. 🇵🇭

Last Palaro 2025 in Ilocos Norte, Kickboxing was featured as an Exhibition Sports.

Though DepEd Central Office will still float official memorandum and advisory regarding this great news, our NSA is compelled to announce this to our coaches, athletes and trainers under our school based programs who for months have been contacting us.

This is a positive result of our relentless effort in strengtheninh our grassroots program and tie partnership with the Department of Education through the leadership of our NSA officials headed by SKP Chairman Hon. Abraham "Bambol" Tolentino, SKP President Sen. Francis Tolentino, SKP Vice President Bing Domingo and our NSA Secretary - General Atty. Wharton R. Chan. Our workforce on the ground who have kept the momentum going, SKP Technical Head Ms Roselyn T. Hung, SKP and WAKO Asia ITO Coach Bryan S. Olod, Ms. Rofelyn Corrales and the rest of the SKP Technical core group.
