ENROLLMENT PERIOD is on THURSDAY ( JULY 28, 2022 ) at 1:00 PM @ DAY CARE CENTER.

Please bring the complete following
REQUIREMENTS:
1. NSO OR CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH with REGISTRY NUMBER ( photocopy )
2. IMMUNIZATION CARD ( photocopy )
3. Parents should bring their children
4. Bring ballpen and folder ( pink for GIRLS & blue for BOYS )

Children should be 3 to 4 years old.

Good evening ADCC Enrollees,
As of now wala pay announcement ang Region VII for this school year 2020-2021para sa Day Care, so we can't conduct an enrollment yet but if naa nay announcement I'll be posting it here sa ADCC fb page and posting a tarpaulin sa Barangay Hall.
