The past weeks have been challenging for everyone โ from enduring the strong typhoon to dealing with sudden changes in our schedules. Now that face-to-face classes officially resume today, November 17, 2025, letโs take a moment to pause, breathe, and care for our well-being.
Here are a few Wellness Reminders to help you stay grounded and sane as we move forward together.

In just a short span of time, Cebu has been tested again and again โ first by the trembling earth in September, and now by the fierce winds and floods brought by Bagyong Tino this November. Yet, even in the face of devastation, one thing remains unshaken โ the indomitable spirit of the Cebuanos.
We have seen homes crumble, trees fall, and roads wash away โ but never our hope. From communities helping one another, to strangers offering shelter and comfort, Cebu continues to prove that resilience is not just about surviving, but about rising together with compassion and courage.
In every heartbreak, we rebuild. In every challenge, we rise. Because the Spirit of Cebu lives in every hand that helps, every heart that hopes, and every soul that refuses to give up.
