🔥 SAFETY FIRST: Mandaue City SPED Community Ignites Fire Safety Awareness!

In commitment to DepEd Order No. 28, s. 2016 (Strengthening the Fire Safety and Awareness Program), the Mandaue City CS SPED Center and Mandaue City SPED National High School successfully conducted a Fire Safety and Basic Fire Fighting Orientation today, March 17, 2026.

As we celebrate Fire Prevention Month, our learners and staff took a proactive step toward building a disaster-resilient school environment. 🛡️

Highlights of the Day:

Expert Guidance: We were honored to have SFO2 Shanmie Bryan Bocado and the BFP Mandaue team share their life-saving expertise.

The "Fire Triangle": A deep dive into the science of fire and how to prevent it from spreading.

Hands-on Training: Our teachers and students stepped up to the plate, learning the proper way to handle fire extinguishers and emergency tools.

Knowledge is our best defense! We extend our heartfelt thanks to BFP Mandaue for empowering our community with the confidence to stay safe.
