On this non-working holiday we honor the Blessed Mother’s purity grace and unwavering faith and reflect on how her life inspires compassion humility and devoted service guiding the way we live care and lead. Her light calls us to choose goodness serve others with sincerity and carry hope gratitude and faith into every action and every community we touch and this sacred day reminds us to embrace our values live with devotion and walk each day with integrity and purpose.

| In accordance with Proclamation No. 727 issued by the Office of the President, the following holidays will be observed:

December 8, 2025 (Monday) – Special non-working holiday to commemorate the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of Mary.

December 24, 2025 (Wednesday) – Special non-working holiday in the entire country to celebrate Christmas Eve.

December 25, 2025 (Thursday) – Regular holiday nationwide in observance of Christmas Day, an annual festival commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ.

December 30, 2025 (Tuesday) – Regular holiday nationwide to commemorate the life and legacy of Dr. José Rizal, a national hero of the Philippines.

December 31, 2025 (Wednesday) – Special non-working holiday nationwide in celebration of New Year’s Eve, the last day of the year.
