The future belongs to curious minds - application for the Science Class Program is now open.

Paknaan National High School is now accepting applications for the incoming Grade 7 learners who wish to enroll in the Special Program in Science for school year 2026 - 2027.

Registration Period:
February 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026

Submission of Requirements for Application:
February 1, 2026 - February 28, 2026

Documents to Prepare:
1. Application Letter
Application letter addressed to the school principal and signed by the parent/guardian.

2. Learner's Profile
One (1) page Learner's Profile with 2x2 colored picture

3. Birth Certificate (PSA/LCR)
One (1) photocopy of birth certificate. Please bring the original copy.

4. Certificate of Good Moral Character

5. Report Card
Learner's Progress Report Card (with the grade of 87 & above in Math, English, & Science, and no grade below 85 in other subjects from 1st quarter - 3rd quarter in Grade 6)

6. Certificates of Academic & Non - Academic Awards
(arranged from the most recent)

7. Declaration of Medical Condition Form
(Form is provided by PNHS)

In accordance to the DepEd Memorandum no.003 s.2024, the conduct of Brigada Eskwela 2024 with the theme, “Bayanihan para sa Matatag na Paaralan", PAKNAAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL would like to invite the parents, students, friends and Brigada Volunteers to participate in the Brigada Eskwela 2024 this July 22-27, 2024.

1. Pwedi ra magkuha ug magfill up sa enrolment form bisag dili pa adlaw nga nakaschedule sa inyong enrolment. Makuha ang enrolment form sa guard.

2. Para sa mga grade 7 ug grade 11 nga naka submit na ug enrolment form during early registration, SF10 o student's report card nalang ang isubmit. DILI NA MAGSUBMIT UG BAG-ONG ACCOMPLISHED ENROLMENT FORM.
