Join us for a seminar to shine a light on this topic and to help end the stigma. Learn more about this important right and how to support yourself and other individuals during Mental Health Awareness Month.

Mental health is a basic human right for all people. Everyone, whoever and wherever they are, has a right to the highest attainable standard of mental health. This includes the right to be protected from mental health risks, the right to available, accessible, acceptable, and good quality care, and the right to liberty, independence and inclusion in the community (WHO).

As we celebrate the Mental Health Awareness Month, let us unite to ensure every individual gets an opportunity to thrive! We must all work together to break down the stigma associated with mental health, to foster a more supportive community, and guarantee that all individuals have access to the care and resources they need.

The Career Expo will feature a career exhibit that will be held at the Basic Ed function hall. You will have the chance to interact with professionals from different fields, learn about the latest industry trends, and gain insights into career opportunities that match your interests and skills.

Whether you're unsure about what career path to take or have a clear idea of what you want to do, this Career Expo is for you! So mark your calendars and join us on May 16, 2023, for a day of learning, networking, and exploration.
