Good day, MCCNHS learners, parents, and school community!
A Fresh Start, A New Quarter, A Brighter Hope...
As we step into the Second Quarter of SY 2025–2026, our school proudly launches the Bookmarks of Hope Program "Grow through what you go through" - a mental health and values initiative for all our learners from Grade 7 to Grade 12.
Each bookmark is more than just a page marker. It is:
✨ A symbol of hope and resilience
✨ A reminder that you are not alone
✨ A guide for reflection and encouragement
Every bookmark also contains:
✔️ Contact information of our dedicated school mental health support team:
• Michelle P. Maneja – Mental Health Advocate
• Jennifer R. Montes – Mental Health Advocate
• Emilyn H. Perez, RGC – Guidance Counselor
✔️ A QR Code for e-Express Mo Online — another school mental health program designed to provide accessible and confidential support for managing emotions, stress, and mental health challenges. Through a simple Google Form, learners can share their concerns and receive timely support and resources from the School Mental Health Focal Person.
Through this program, we aim to empower our students not only to excel academically, but also to nurture their well-being, strengthen their courage, and build inner resilience.
Distribution of Bookmarks of Hope begins this week thru the help of our SSLG. May each bookmark remind you that in every page of learning, there is always a line of HOPE waiting to inspire you.
