Yesterday, RD Dr. Roel A. Monsanto conducted a research seminar to all Basic Education students who are set to commence with their research journey next quarter of the School Year.

Starting to train them in research while they are young. In the age of digitalization and proliferation of fake news, training the children to become critical thinkers through research is of paramount importance.

Look: The Academic Department Heads together with the Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs/UCLM Campus Affairs Director Dr. Anna Liza B. Son and Campus Research Director Dr. Roel A. Monsanto posed for a photo as they receive the latest edition of the UCLM Research Manual.

The primary purpose of the Research Manual is to improve the effectiveness of research. By identifying the various functions of the university' s research unit and giving procedural information about research operations, this manual will produce a general model of a research management system.

SM malls in Cebu sealed its partnership with the University of Cebu to help the students in internship programs and future job placements, providing future graduates with vast career opportunities at the biggest retail company in the Philippines.

This is the first academic partnership between SM malls and local academe in Cebu.

The learning sessions in the internship program will help students be equipped with knowledge and skills as each learning session will be facilitated and delivered by subject matter expert.
