To all SHS students, kindly activate your KDES account ASAP. See the poster below for the steps.

If you encounter errors, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

1. MUST use google chrome or Microsoft edge browser. Safari is not recommended.
2. If using a mobile phone, set to desktop view or site.
3. Access to Canvas LMS and log-in
4. Look for Homeroom and click KDES

If the error still persists, you should clear the browsing history and cache of your browser.
Then, relog in and go back to HOMEROOM - KDES.

Troubleshooting Steps to Access KDES ebook:

Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, outdated data stored in the browser cache can interfere with website functionality.

To resolve this, follow these steps:
Open your preferred browser.
1. Locate the settings menu. This is typically represented by three dots or lines in the top right corner of the browser window.

2. Navigate to the "History" section.

3. Look for an option to "Clear browsing data" or "Clear history."

4. Select the desired time range for clearing the cache. This can be customized between the last 7 days to 4 weeks.

5. Ensure the "Cached images and files" checkbox is selected.

6. Click "Clear data" or a similar option to confirm.

7. After, log in again to your LMS account using the browser, and navigate the KDES ebook.
