Uniform: Plain white T-Shirt/ROTC uniform, Dark Maong Pants and Rubber shoes.

✓ Complete filled out RIDS Form with 2x2 picture kung wala pa nag submit.

Note:
Please be informed that the Basic Ed Quadrangle and Annex II Social Hall will be use by the Basic Ed Department for their Family Day.

Our venue for the said Formation is Covered Court. And our entrance and exit is CBE Building gates and Gate 6 (motor cycle exit near tunnel). Please come on time.
